Will I see a proof first?

Yes. We require a signed proof on all orders before we produced your business promotional products. The proof shows your finished design. Because you know exactly what you want your business promotional products to look like, we require that you review the entire proof for spelling, grammar, and general layout. Sorry, but we can’t refund your money if you signed off on the final proof, and only later discover an error. Please allow 48 hours for a proof to be prepared for your order.

How Long will it take to receive my promotional items?

General production time on most business promotional products is 7-10 business days after we receive the signed proof approval. This will vary from item to item. Please be sure to call if the exact production time is not shown for an item. Rush production is available on many items, so if you need something fast, just let us know!

What is production ready artwork?

Production ready artwork is defined as a vector .EPS file with all outlines and text converted to paths. Artwork for business promotional products that is not production ready will need to be redrawn at a cost of $60 per hour. Most designs can be redrawn in 1 hour. We do not charge for simple logo redraws, but that will need to be determined by our art staff. If you would like an artist to review your art, please email it to art@footprintpromo.com.

Are there any set-up charges?

There is generally a setup charge of some type on decorated items. This fee covers the labor and material costs of setting up equipment, burning screens, making plates, designing molds, etc. Setup charges on business promotional products will vary from item to item, so please contact us if a setup charge is not shown.

Can you put our logo on everything?

Nearly all business promotional products on our site can be imprinted with your logo or message – even the breath mint packages! On most of our items the pricing shown includes a one-color imprint in a single location. There is generally a setup charge for each imprint and additional "run" charges for extra locations and colors. Can I order blank items?

Nearly every business promotional product we offer can be shipped to you without imprinting. While the minimum quantity still applies, there may be discounts available for blank items. Please contact us for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelled orders will be subject to a $30 cancellation charge plus payment of any services rendered up to the point of cancellation. Orders are generally put into production the same day that we receive a signed proof, and at that time cannot be cancelled.

Can I return my items or receive a refund?

Many of the promotional items that we sell are custom imprinted or manufactured and are therefore not returnable or refundable. We do offer samples of our items. So if you are unsure of quality or size, please request a sample before ordering. If you receive items that are damaged or misprinted, we will fully replace the items, or refund your money. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Can I get samples of items I'm interested in?

We are more than happy to send out samples of our promotional products so you can see them before making a purchase. Samples are billed at the minimum quantity price plus $5 for shipping, per sample. Often, samples will come from multiple factories and may require multiple shipping charges. Please contact us with any questions, or to place a sample order.

What are your payment terms?

You have to pay half upfront, and the other half upon delivery to your doorstep.
